We’re very proud to share that two exceptional women from Commercialization Reactor platform and Fund, Ilona Gulchak and Ella Kalnina, have been recognised in the “Top 100 Women in VC in CEE.”!
🔹 Ilona Gulchak is Managing Partner at Commercialization Reactor as well as Chairperson of the Board at Commercialization Reactor Fund. Her rich background in banking, finance, and management, combined with her role at our VC Fund, has been crucial in advancing our mission of Deep Tech startup support and science commercialisation.
🔹 Ella Kalnina, Partner and Member of Investment Committee at Commercialization Reactor Fund, brings her hands-on experience as a deep-tech entrepreneur and educator. Having led 5 of our Acceleration programs in the past, her knowledge and skills supported talent and teams elevating to another level.
This highlights the continuous efforts, passion, success and impact of Commercialization Reactor in the Deep Tech Startup Creation and Venture Capital.
